1. Use of the App
FormSpots is a Google Forms add-on developed by Mhova Inc. By installing or using the add-on, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the add-on.
2. Service Description
FormSpots helps users manage choice capacities, waitlist requests, templates, and full-choice removal inside a Google Form. Google Forms records submissions before FormSpots updates the available choices, so simultaneous respondents may see the same final spot. You are responsible for configuring your form, reviewing responses, and choosing a workflow appropriate for this limitation.
3. Account and Payment
Some features may be free and some may require a paid license. Paid access may be processed through Stripe or another payment provider. We may update pricing, packaging, and feature availability over time.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the forms you create, the data collected through those forms, and complying with any laws or organizational policies that apply to your signup process.
5. Privacy
Your use of the add-on is also governed by the FormSpots Privacy Policy. By using the add-on, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.
6. Availability and Changes
The add-on is provided as is and as available. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mhova Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the add-on.
8. Termination
You may stop using the add-on at any time by uninstalling it or removing its configuration from your form. We may suspend access if the add-on is used in a way that harms the service, violates these Terms, or creates legal or security risk.
