Common Issues and Solutions

1. Add-on Menu Not Appearing

If you don’t see the Calendar Template Maker menu, please try the following:

• Ensure that the add-on is installed correctly from the Google Workspace Marketplace.
• Try refreshing your Google Sheet (F5 or Cmd+R).
• Sometimes it takes a few minutes for the menu to appear after first-time installation.

2. Template Creation Fails

If the add-on runs but fails to create the calendar, please check the following:

• Verify that you have granted the necessary permissions for the add-on to edit your sheet.
• The add-on creates new sheets. Ensure you don’t have a sheet with the same name (e.g., January 2024) already.
• Check for any conflicting add-ons or scripts that might be interfering.

3. Pro Create Entire Year Feature Not Working

If you’ve upgraded to Pro but the feature isn’t active:

• Ensure your purchase was completed successfully.
• Make sure you are logged into the same Google Account you used to make the purchase.
• Try running the Create Entire Year function again after refreshing the sheet.
