Calendar Template Maker stores your Google account email, product entitlement and billing status, and limited template-creation, conversion, and diagnostic events needed to operate and support the add-on. It does not intentionally send spreadsheet cell contents or generated calendar contents to its external analytics database.

We use account and operational data to provide the add-on, verify Pro access, diagnose failures, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information. The app requires access to your active Google Sheet to create, format, and protect the calendar templates you request.

We only interact with the current Google Sheet you have open, as permitted by the scopes you approve. We do not access other sheets, files, or any of your personal data beyond what is required for the app to function correctly.
• Data Storage: Account, entitlement, and limited operational records are stored in a restricted external database. We do not intentionally store your Google Sheet data there. Calendar creation happens within your own Google Sheet.
• Third-Party Services: Calendar Template Maker does not share your data with third parties unless explicitly authorized by you. When third-party services are used (such as for analytics), they comply with strict data protection standards.
• Data Retention and Deletion: We retain account, entitlement, billing, usage, and diagnostic records only as long as needed to operate the add-on, prevent abuse, provide support, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. You may request deletion of externally stored account data by contacting matthovanic@gmail.com.
• User Control: You have full control over the data Calendar Template Maker accesses. You can revoke access to your Google account at any time, and your data will be deleted as per our data retention and deletion policy.
