Privacy Policy for Sheet Email Verifier

1. Information We Collect

Sheet Email Verifier handles two types of data to provide its service:

• User Account Information: We collect your Google account email address. This is used to create and manage your Sheet Email Verifier account, track your credit balance, and link any purchases you make.
• Sheet Data: The add-on reads the data from the cells you specifically select within your active Google Sheet. This data is expected to be a list of email addresses for verification.

2. How We Use Your Information & Third-Party Services

Your Google account email is used strictly for account management purposes within our system. We do not share or sell this email address to third parties for marketing purposes.

To perform the core email verification service, the list of email addresses you select in your sheet is securely transmitted via an encrypted API call to our third-party data processor, **ZeroBounce**. ZeroBounce processes the list to determine the validity of each email and returns the results to the add-on. We do not sell this data.

3. Data Retention

We retain your Google account email and credit balance information in our secure database (Supabase) for as long as your account is active.

**We do not store or retain the lists of email addresses you submit for verification** after the processing is complete. The verification results are written directly back to your Google Sheet and are not saved on our servers.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you (your account email and credit balance) and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us at matthovanic@gmail.com.

5. Data Security

We take the security of your information seriously and implement appropriate technical measures to protect your data:

• Your account data (email and credits) is securely stored in Supabase, which offers encrypted storage and access control.
• All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS (TLS) connections between your browser, Google, our servers, and our third-party verification partner.
• Access to your account data is restricted to authorized personnel for support and operational purposes only.

6. Limited Use Policy Disclosure

Sheet Email Verifier’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
