Sheet2Cal accesses your primary Google Account email address; the spreadsheet where the add-on is installed; and the Google Calendars and calendar events you choose to use with the add-on. Spreadsheet and calendar data can include event titles, dates, times, descriptions, locations, colors, attendee email addresses, calendar names, and event IDs.
Sheet2Cal uses the active spreadsheet to set up the Sheet2Cal tabs, read the event rows you select, and write status and event IDs back to that spreadsheet. It uses Google Calendar access to list calendars and, only when you request an action, create, import, update, or delete calendar events. Your email address is used to verify access, apply free usage limits, restore a Pro purchase, and provide account support. Sheet2Cal does not create, delete, share, or change the sharing settings of entire calendars.
Event titles, descriptions, locations, and attendee lists are processed between your spreadsheet and Google Calendar and are not stored in Sheet2Cal's external database. Sheet2Cal stores your email address, entitlement status, usage counts, and limited operational metadata needed to enforce limits and troubleshoot failures. Operational metadata can include the feature used, event quantity, calendar name, selected date range, time zone, affected row number, requested action, whether an event has guests or a location, whether it is all-day, event color, and diagnostic error details. Sheet2Cal does not intentionally send event titles, descriptions, location text, attendee email addresses, or event IDs to its external analytics database. The operational information is transmitted to and stored by our database provider, Supabase. If you choose to buy Pro, your email address and product, plan, source, and checkout details are transmitted through our website to Stripe to process the purchase and maintain your entitlement.
Sheet2Cal uses HTTPS/TLS encryption for data transmitted between the add-on, Google, Supabase, Stripe, and our website. Spreadsheet and Calendar content remains protected by the access controls and permissions in your Google Account. Operational account, entitlement, usage, and diagnostic records stored in Supabase are protected by database access controls. Access to production systems and service credentials is restricted to authorized personnel, and service credentials are stored in protected Apps Script project properties or protected hosting-environment variables. Stripe processes payment-card details directly; Sheet2Cal does not receive or store full payment-card numbers.
We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, credit decisions, lending, or training generalized or personalized artificial-intelligence models. We disclose data only to Google, Supabase, and Stripe as needed to provide the user-facing functions described above; when you direct us to do so; or when required by law. We do not allow humans to read your spreadsheet or Calendar content unless you explicitly provide specific content for support and authorize us to review it, or access is required for security or legal reasons.
Your spreadsheet and Calendar content remains in your Google Account and is controlled through Google Sheets and Google Calendar. Sheet2Cal retains account, entitlement, usage, purchase, and diagnostic records only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain purchase records, prevent abuse, resolve support issues, and meet legal obligations. Records are deleted or anonymized when they are no longer needed for those purposes, subject to applicable legal and accounting requirements.
You can choose which spreadsheet and Calendar to use with Sheet2Cal, stop using the add-on, uninstall it, or revoke its Google Account access at any time. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information stored by Sheet2Cal, contact matthovanic@gmail.com.
Sheet2Cal's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
