The add-on does not open
Reload the spreadsheet, then choose Extensions → PDF2Sheets → Open Importer. Confirm you are signed into the Google account that installed the add-on.

Get from file to clean sheet tabs.
Choose a file, wait for extraction, review the detected tables, select a destination, and confirm the import.
Stored extraction expired
Access expires after 24 hours. Upload the file again to start a new extraction. You can delete a stored copy sooner from the add-on.
An import was interrupted
Retry with the same job and table selection. The add-on reuses its saved destination. If you changed tabs or selected cells before approving an overwrite, review the new confirmation.
Extraction failed
Try an unprotected PDF or a clearer image under 20 MB. Scans with low contrast, skewed pages, or merged cells may need review.
The result needs review
Open the larger preview and check flagged rows before inserting. Review warnings do not write anything to your spreadsheet.
A paid plan is not showing
Use the Google account email entered for the license at checkout, reopen the add-on, and allow a minute for the entitlement to refresh.

Send the exact error message, file type, approximate page count, and the Google account used for PDF2Sheets. Do not email a sensitive source file unless you intentionally want it reviewed for support.
