PDF2Sheets Privacy Policy
1. Information PDF2Sheets accesses
PDF2Sheets accesses your primary Google Account email, the current spreadsheet, the file you explicitly choose, extracted table content, and the destination cells or tabs you select.
2. How the information is used
Your email identifies your add-on account, entitlement, usage allowance, and support history. The selected file is processed only to detect tables. Extracted table data is returned for review and written to the current spreadsheet only after you confirm the import.
3. Storage and service providers
Files and extraction results are processed through the Doc2Excel extraction service using private storage and account-scoped job records. Account, entitlement, privacy-safe usage, and diagnostic records are stored with Supabase. Stripe processes checkout, payment methods, invoices, and subscription status. Google provides the spreadsheet and Apps Script runtime.
4. Analytics and diagnostics
PDF2Sheets records operational events such as sidebar opens, coarse file-size and page-count buckets, extraction outcomes, table and row-count buckets, import outcomes, plan, checkout state, and classified errors. Analytics does not intentionally include filenames, file contents, extracted cells, table headers, spreadsheet titles, sheet IDs, or full payment-card data.
5. Security and retention
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Upload links are short lived, files and results are account scoped, and production credentials are stored in protected project or hosting settings. Upload sessions expire after two hours. Access to stored extraction results expires after 24 hours. Expired files and results are removed by scheduled daily cleanup; physical deletion may occur after access expires. You can request earlier deletion through Delete stored copy in the add-on. Minimal account, usage, and billing records are retained as needed for support, abuse prevention, billing, and legal obligations.
6. Sharing and prohibited uses
We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising, credit decisions, or training generalized AI models. Data is disclosed only to Google, Doc2Excel, Supabase, Stripe, and infrastructure providers as needed to operate PDF2Sheets, when you direct us, or when required by law.
7. Your controls
You choose the source file, tables, and destination. You can delete the stored extraction copy from the add-on, stop using or uninstall PDF2Sheets, revoke Google access, manage billing in Stripe, and request access, correction, or deletion of eligible account records through support.
8. Google API Limited Use and contact
PDF2Sheets' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. Contact matthovanic@gmail.com with privacy questions or data requests.
