Privacy Policy for Form2Doc

1. Information Form2Doc accesses
Form2Doc accesses your primary Google Account email address, the structure and responses of the Google Form where the add-on is installed, and the Google Docs templates and Drive files you choose. It uses this information to save your document mapping, generate Docs and PDFs, email generated files when configured, and verify your Free or Pro access.
2. Stored account and diagnostic data
Form2Doc stores configuration settings and monthly Free-plan usage in Google Apps Script user properties. Its external database stores account identifiers such as your email address, product entitlement and billing status, and limited usage, conversion, and diagnostic events. Form2Doc does not intentionally send form response values, template contents, generated document contents, or email attachment contents to its external analytics database.
3. Generated files, email, and service providers
Generated Docs and PDFs are stored in your Google Drive and are subject to your Google account settings. When you enable email delivery, Google's mail service sends the generated file to the recipients you configured. Supabase is used for account, entitlement, and diagnostic data. Stripe processes payments and payment-card information directly; Form2Doc does not receive or store your full card number. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Security, retention, and deletion
Data is transmitted using HTTPS/TLS, and access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel. Account, entitlement, billing, configuration, usage, and diagnostic information is retained only as long as needed to operate Form2Doc, provide support, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may uninstall the add-on, revoke its Google access, delete generated files from Drive, or request deletion of externally stored account data by contacting matthovanic@gmail.com.
5. Google API Services User Data Policy
Form2Doc's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Read the Google API Services User Data Policy.
