Done-for-you setup
Add payment to Google Forms with Stripe
Keep the form you already use. I’ll connect Stripe, track who’s paid in Google Sheets, and set up confirmation emails and calendar invites for your paid workshop, class, or event.
From signup to confirmed seat
Google Forms collects the signup. Stripe confirms payment. The roster shows who’s ready to invite.

Signup B

How Google Forms payments work
Put a checkout link after signup and match each payment to its form response. For a paid workshop, that gives you a roster you can check before the session.
Collect the signup
Keep your existing Google Form. When someone submits it, their response goes into Google Sheets with a Pending payment status.
Send a Stripe checkout link
Gmail sends a checkout link tied to that signup. Stripe hosts the payment page and processes the payment through your account.
Confirm the payment and invite the attendee
When Stripe confirms payment, the matching row changes to Paid. Gmail sends your confirmation, and Google Calendar can invite the attendee to the event you choose.
One-time setup
Your $199 setup includes
Send your form link, payment amount, and what people should receive after paying. Stripe processing fees are separate.
- One Google Form and one fixed-price Stripe checkout
- One Google Sheets roster with Pending and Paid status
- A checkout email and a confirmation email sent from your Google account
- Invitations to one Google Calendar event, if needed
- A walkthrough and a test of both paid and pending signups
Questions before you start
Can I add Stripe to a Google Form I already use?
Yes. I can work with the form you already share. People submit their details in Google Forms, then follow the link in their email to pay on a Stripe-hosted page.
What happens if someone submits the form and hasn’t paid?
Their signup stays Pending in Google Sheets. The payment confirmation and calendar invitation go out after Stripe confirms the payment.
Who receives the payments?
Attendees pay through your Stripe account, and Stripe pays out to you according to your account settings. The $199 is a one-time setup fee. Stripe processing fees are separate.
What do I need to get started?
Send your form link or describe the signup, tell me what you charge, and share any event details you want included in the confirmation. You’ll need a Stripe account and access to the Google tools you want connected.
