Setup guide
Use these steps to turn a regular form question into a managed signup sheet with limited spots and waitlist handling.
- 1Install Signup Slots from the Google Workspace Marketplace when the listing is live.
- 2Open the Google Form you want to use as a signup sheet.
- 3Open the add-on sidebar and choose a signup template or select an existing question.
- 4Set each option's spot limit and choose whether full options should be removed.
- 5Enable a waitlist option if you want users to join a waitlist after spots fill.
- 6Save the signup sheet setup, then use Refresh spots whenever you need to sync live counts.
