Privacy Policy

Signup Slots collects the Google account email address used with the add-on so we can manage account status, usage limits, paid entitlements, and support requests.

The add-on stores signup configuration for the current form, including selected questions, option labels, spot limits, waitlist settings, and related setup preferences.

To calculate availability, the add-on reads the relevant form structure and form responses for the form where the add-on is installed.

We use this information to limit spots, calculate remaining availability, remove full options, display waitlist settings, refresh managed signup choices, and verify whether a user has access to paid features.

We may record basic usage events, such as setup saves and refresh actions, to understand product usage, troubleshoot issues, and operate usage limits.

We do not sell user data. We do not share form content with advertisers.

Payment processing may be handled by Stripe. Signup Slots does not store credit card numbers. Account and entitlement records may be stored in Supabase or a comparable backend service used to operate the add-on.

Data is transmitted using encrypted connections. Access to operational systems is limited to authorized personnel and systems required to provide and support the add-on.

The add-on is designed to use only the access needed to work with the active form and provide the configured signup functionality.

We retain account, entitlement, and operational data only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, prevent abuse, or support users.

Signup Slots' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
