Privacy Policy for Form2Cal

1. Information Form2Cal accesses

Form2Cal accesses your primary Google Account email address, the structure and responses of the Google Form where the add-on is installed, and the Google Calendars you select. It uses this information to save your field mapping, validate a configuration, build a Setup Doctor preview, create Calendar events from new submissions, and verify your Free or Pro access. When available, Setup Doctor may use the latest form response to build the preview shown inside your sidebar.

2. Stored account and diagnostic data

Form2Cal stores configuration settings in Google Apps Script user properties. Its external database stores account identifiers such as your email address, product entitlement and billing status, and limited usage, conversion, and diagnostic events. Diagnostic events may include operation type, configuration or form identifiers, date-format or permission error details, Setup Doctor error or warning counts, whether a response or sample data was tested, and recommended support actions. Form2Cal does not intentionally send form response values, event titles, descriptions, guest lists, Calendar names or identifiers, or Calendar event contents to its external analytics database.

If you explicitly create a labeled test event, Form2Cal temporarily stores only the minimum Calendar and event identifiers needed to prevent duplicates and support Delete test event. It does not silently delete or modify other events.

3. Service providers and payments

Supabase is used for account, entitlement, and diagnostic data. Stripe processes payments and payment-card information directly; Form2Cal does not receive or store your full card number. Google provides the Forms, Calendar, Apps Script, and account services required for the add-on to work. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Security, retention, and deletion

Data is transmitted using HTTPS/TLS, and access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel. Account, entitlement, billing, configuration, and diagnostic information is retained only as long as needed to operate Form2Cal, provide support, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may uninstall the add-on, revoke its Google access, or request deletion of externally stored account data by contacting matthovanic@gmail.com.

5. Google API Services User Data Policy

Form2Cal's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Read the Google API Services User Data Policy.
